Our horizontal silicone rubber injection molding machine is primarily used for producing rubber molded products such as automotive parts, medical products, energy products, industrial rubber, electrical insulation components, seals, shock absorbers, toys, and fitness equipment. It offers fast production cycles, high-quality products, consistent and stable physical and mechanical properties, and precise geometric dimensions. It is particularly suitable for rubber products with complex shapes, thick walls, and inserts.
It can be used to mold a variety of rubbers, including natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), fluororubber (FKM), silicone rubber (SILICONE), acrylic rubber (ACM), and acrylic copolymer (AEM).

8. Optional metering pumps with dual proportional valves, dual proportional variable pumps, and servo pumps are available. Combined with the electronic scale, these pumps enable three-stage control of mold base and injection pressure and flow, meeting various process conditions. 9. Pay attention to operational safety. The operation area is protected by a grating and can be started by both hands, with no safety hazards or blind spots.
