Injecting LSR into a hot-runner mold to create silicone products achieves one-shot molding, minimizes waste, and allows for automation.

LSR consists of two components, A and B. These components are mixed in a 1:1 ratio using a metering device, then thoroughly mixed in a static mixer before being injected into the injection molding barrel.
