Liquid silicone injection molding, also known as LSR injection molding, silicone injection molding, or liquid silicone molds, involves loading two liquid materials, A and B, into the machine, fully automating the entire process from mixing to molding. Injecting LSR into a hot-runner mold to create silicone products achieves one-shot molding, minimizes waste, and allows for automation.
LSR consists of two components, A and B. These components are mixed in a 1:1 ratio using a metering device, then thoroughly mixed in a static mixer before being injected into the injection molding barrel.
1. Liquid silicone baby products, including nipples, bottles, pacifiers, teethers, spoons, bowls, and other baby feeding products.
